Litigation funding supports UN Sustainable Development Goal 16 and economic development by promoting access to justice and upholding the rule of law. Therium supports high ESG standards by investing in cases that concern environmental issues, such as emissions cases, social issues, for example equal pay claims, and governance issues, such as securities litigation.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Our not-for-profit arm, Therium Access provides funding by way of grants to facilitate access to justice for claims that could not be funded on a commercial basis and to organisations and projects that promote access to justice. This initiative is the first of its kind in the litigation funding industry globally.
