Therium is a founding member of both the International Legal Finance Association (ILFA) and the Association of Litigation Funders of England and Wales (ALF), which promote best practice in the industry and engagement between key industry players, the wider legal finance ecosystem and lawmakers to ensure that our industry can best serve its clients across business and society to continue to improve access to justice and uphold the rule of law.
